Immuneti Overview

The first thing that got my attention about Immuneti is that it was developed by a woman named Dr. Amy Shah, a board-certified physician with training from Columbia, Cornell, and Harvard. While it’s not uncommon for physicians to peddle vitamins and supplements, I like that Dr. Shah developed Immuneti as a nutrition and immunology professional.

This is not a supplement being marketed by a “celebrity doctor” who didn’t even have a hand in developing the product. So let’s put that on our “pros” list from the beginning.

However, I will add that Immuneti has been endorsed by some heavy hitters who know a thing or two about maintaining peak health. Well-known figures like Tim Tebow, Venus Williams, Maria Menounos, and Molly Sims have all posed with their Immuneti bottles.

What Is Immuneti?

Immuneti is a comprehensive 6-in-1 immune system support and comprehensive health supplement. Key ingredients include Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry, Echinacea, Garlic Bulb Extract, and Black Pepper Fruit Extract. Immuneti is easy to take. Take two capsules daily orally with water.

The company that developed Immuneti recognized the need for a multifunctional dietary supplement containing essential ingredients to support the immune system and improve overall health. And you can compare with WOWMD Nutrimax Essentials , it may also enhance your immune system.

Immuneti – Ingredients

  • Zinc Citrate – Zinc supplementation boosts innate and adaptive immunity and improves the body’s ability to respond to pathogens that can cause disease. Adequate zinc intake is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Zinc is necessary for metabolism, normal growth and development, wound healing, and even taste and smell.[1]
  • Vitamin D3 – Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that has many functions in the body as a vitamin and hormone.[3]
Among its many functions, it aids in calcium absorption and bone health, metabolism, reduces inflammation in the body, promotes proper cell growth, and promotes immune and neuromuscular function. Supplementation with at least 10 µg of vitamin D is advocated to prevent respiratory infections.

  • Vitamin C – Vitamin C is an essential water-soluble vitamin that our bodies use for a variety of functions. [2]
Collagen, the protein that supports the elasticity and health of our skin, depends on vitamin C for its production.
Vitamin C also has antioxidant properties, helping to regenerate other antioxidants in the body, allowing it to work longer.
Taking vitamin C supplements may not prevent the common cold, but it can reduce the duration and severity of the illness.
  • Echinacea Purpurera Plant Extract – Echinacea is known as a medicinal plant that is beneficial not only for cold and flu prevention, but also for health benefits throughout the body.Echinacea contains antioxidants that support gut health and modify the immune system. Contains inulin-like fructans, which are prebiotics. Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum) Fruit Extract – Piperine, the main compound in black pepper, has several benefits that support the body’s immunity. It functions as an antioxidant, an antitumor compound, and an immunomodulatory compound.
  • Garlic Bulb Extract – Garlic contains prebiotics such as fructans and oligosaccharides that nourish the “good” bacteria in your gut. It also contains immunomodulatory proteins that reduce inflammatory markers in the body and activate the immune system. One study found that consuming 2.56 grams of ripe garlic daily for three months reduced the severity of cold and flu symptoms.
  • Elderberry Fruit Extract – Elderberries contain antioxidants such as vitamin C, flavonols, polyphenols, proanthocyanins and anthocyanins that support the immune system and protect the body from inflammation. A randomized study found that international travelers who took 300 mg of elderberry extract two to three times daily before, during, and after travel had fewer cold symptoms than those who did not.[4]
